Expert physiotherapy without the wait.
Movement, strength and recovery — delivered by a Consultant-level Physiotherapist, in a place you already trust. Available to anyone, and included as part of your HHP Membership Plan.
Early access changes the shape of recovery.
Musculoskeletal conditions — back pain, joint stiffness, sports injuries, postural problems — are among the most common reasons people seek medical help. They are also among the most undertreated.
Putting off physiotherapy can turn a manageable niggle into a chronic problem. Whether it's a persistent shoulder issue, recovery after an injury, or preventive work to stay mobile as you age, your physiotherapist can assess, treat and guide you through a structured plan — without the wait.
Staying well is the plan. Treatment is the backup.
What Good Physiotherapy Looks Like
- A proper assessment — not a five-minute fix.
- A clear diagnosis you understand.
- Hands-on treatment where appropriate, and a personalised exercise plan you can actually follow.
- Continuity — the same clinician across your treatment, who knows your story.
Two ways to see a physio.
same clinician, same standard of care.
Choose the route that suits you — as part of your HHP Membership, or as a stand-alone private appointment.

Simon Brown
Simon Brown is the Advanced Practice Physiotherapist leading musculoskeletal care at Hampshire Healthcare Partners. With nearly two decades of clinical experience spanning the NHS, the military and elite professional sport, Simon brings consultant-level expertise to every appointment.
Simon began his physiotherapy career in the NHS after graduating from Coventry University in 2007, building strong clinical foundations across acute and community settings. In 2009 he moved into the Ministry of Defence as a civilian physiotherapist, treating serving personnel through complex rehabilitation.
Alongside this, Simon spent more than a decade in elite sport — working with England Netball and three Premier League football clubs. This combination of military and professional sports experience gave him an unusually broad foundation in injury management, rapid return-to-play protocols and complex rehabilitation.
Today Simon works as an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist within the NHS, alongside GPs and orthopaedic consultants in a senior musculoskeletal role, and as Clinical Lead at SB Physiotherapy in Hook, Hampshire. At HHP, he applies that same consultant-level practice to members and pay-as-you-go patients.

The TMJ difference.
There is a meaningful connection between physiotherapy and dental health. Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders — jaw pain, clicking, grinding, headaches — are surprisingly common and often go undiagnosed.
Having your physiotherapist and dental team under the same roof means these conditions can be identified and managed together. It’s an unusual benefit, and a genuinely valuable one.
What to expect, step by step.
A first physio appointment shouldn’t feel rushed or clinical. Here’s how a 60-minute initial assessment with us is structured.
Conversation
Your appointment starts with an unhurried conversation — your symptoms, your history, your goals. Bring any relevant scans or letters.
Assessment
A thorough physical assessment — movement, strength, joint testing — to understand what’s really driving the problem.
Treatment
Hands-on treatment where appropriate, plus a clear explanation of what we’re doing and why.
Plan
You leave with a personalised exercise plan, follow-up timing, and — if needed — referrals for imaging, injections or onward care.
In their own words.
Simon is an extremely professional and knowledgeable physio. With simple and clear explanations of the techniques he was employing, I’ve had a 100% improvement with my shoulder problem.
Simon constantly supported and motivated me — and often thinks outside the box when preparing rehabilitation programs. I’m glad to say I don’t have to use a stick to walk anymore.
Simon’s expertise pinpointed the problem I was experiencing with my ankle and foot immediately. I benefited greatly from the simple but effective exercises. My confidence was restored.
