Once you’re registered as a member, your Health Assessment is included at no extra cost. It’s a complete review of where your health stands today — and the foundation of how we keep you well from there.

A physical assessment

Blood pressure, body composition and cardiovascular risk.

A dedicated GP consultation

Your GP walks you through every result in plain language — no jargon, no rush.

Unlimited 30-minute, in-person, face-to-face visits.

Health Assessment

A complete review with your GP, included once per member.

Private Prescriptions

Available when needed, charged separately.

Blood Tests

Important to know

A few things worth understanding before you join.

About your physiotherapy sessions

Your two included physiotherapy sessions per year must be for separate, unrelated issues. If you need follow-up sessions for the same injury or condition, these will be available at private rates — your physiotherapist will discuss this with you during your appointment.

NHS referral-back policy

Hampshire Healthcare Partners has a fair usage policy in place by which the GP will reserve the right to refer a patient back to their own GP surgery if they (the GP) consider that the patient’s care needs will be better provided within an NHS setting.

Combined or healthcare-only

You don't have to combine dental and medical plans — you may choose either or both, depending on what works for you.

Duration

You are able to leave the plan at any time with one month's notice. However, if you have used your Health Assessment, you'll be bound by a six-month minimum term — because the Assessment forms part of our investment in keeping you well.
