Everything you might want to know about how Hampshire Healthcare Partners works — from joining and pricing to GP appointments, physio, podiatry and dental.

01

About the plan

What HHP is, how it's different and what's included.

What is Hampshire Healthcare Partners?
Hampshire Healthcare Partners is a private healthcare membership scheme that gives you face-to-face access to GPs, physiotherapists and podiatrists — delivered in partnership with a select group of dental practices. However, Our plans are open to everyone, whether you’re an existing patient at one of our partner practices or new to us.
How is this different from going private with another provider?
We’re built around relationships, not transactions. Unlike app-based services or rushed private appointments, Hampshire Healthcare Partners gives you unlimited 30-minute GP appointments with clinicians who know you. There’s no extra charge for each appointment with the GP. With the podiatrist or physio, if you use up your two free annual appointments, only then will you be charged. It’s healthcare delivered the way it used to be — and the way we think it still should be.
How much does the membership cost?
The healthcare plan membership costs £11.99 per month. Your combined pricing depends on whether you’re combining a dental and medical plan, or taking a healthcare-only plan. Get in touch and we’ll talk you through the options that suit you and your family.
What is included in the Health Assessment?
Your Health Assessment is included in Hampshire Healthcare Partners membership after registering to the service. It’s a comprehensive review of your bloods, vital metrics and lifestyle that establishes a clear baseline of your health today. From there, your clinician builds a personalised plan around you — so the focus shifts from responding when you’re unwell to keeping you well, year after year. Proactive care, built into your membership.

Please note, a Health Assessment is not an obligatory part of the service. If you take up the offer of a Health Assessment, you will be informed that your minimum duration on the healthcare plan is six months.
How do I arrange a Health Assessment?
Health Assessments are booked via our bookings team, please find their details on the contact page. Once you have booked an initial bloods appointment at one of our hub sites, either in Winchester or Fareham, you will be booked in with a GP roughly 10 days after. This allows time for your bloods to be analysed and Health Assessment prepared.
