Your dental surgery has joined with Hampshire Healthcare Partners to deliver a new total healthcare membership package, which uniquely includes an unlimited number of 30-minute routine GP appointments.*
The membership scheme and payment plan will be managed by Plan4Health, the UK’s leading plan provider that combines both dental and healthcare needs within a dental setting.
Your dental practice will continue to deliver your dental care, whilst the private GP services will be provided by Hampshire Healthcare Partners.

Unlimited GP Appointments.
For an extra £11.99 per month, dental plan members are entitled to an unlimited number of 30-minute, in-person, routine consultations* with the same GP each time. Additionally, membership includes up to two Physiotherapy sessions per year and up to two podiatrist appointments.
Whether you’re managing an ongoing condition or just want peace of mind, our total healthcare plan puts you back in control of your health. Delivered in partnership with your local dental practice, with our new Healthcare plans are part of a bigger mission: to make preventative, relationship-based healthcare accessible to more people.
